Our second stay here as a local couple from Central Florida. The location can't be beat! Parking right outside. Easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants/shopping. Quiet in the evenings. The property had everything we needed for our stay! I'm sure we will be back next year! Thank you for your hospitality!

We loved EVERYTHING about this space! It was easy to access, steps to the beach, and walking distance to many restaurants. We brought bikes and took trips to shop, eat, and ride down the beach but there was a e-bike rental space a short walk down the beach. It was perfect for a relaxing time away from the daily grind. We plan to make this a frequent space to return to visit family and for as much beach time as possible. The space was clean and simple but more than accommodating. I highly recommend this unit but any of the units offered by this host. I plan to visit more of their listings and will know exactly what to expect. A++

Best building location and great larger 3 bedroom floorplan. Nice peek a boo ocean views and extremely clean. Loved this dog friendly condo and will definitely be back. Everything you need is provided making for a very stress free get away.

Great overall experience!

My wife and I were looking for a getaway in New Smyrna Beach and decided to rent this condo to check out the complex for possibly purchasing one in the future. Prior to our reserving this unit as well as arriving, I had a few questions which Marlo responded almost instantly and was very polite and informative in her responses. Once we arrived at the unit we found it to be very spacious, well equipped for anything we needed, and very clean. It included beach chairs, beach towels, and a good sized cooler with the rental. Both bedrooms had queen beds in them which for some may be a little small so be aware of that if you're considering renting. The patio was very peaceful overlooking the estuary and the furniture on both the patio and in the unit was comfortable. We truly enjoyed our long weekend in this unit and wouldn't hesitate to rent it again or any other of Marlo's properties as she was an extremely gracious and responsive host!

A wonderful old rustic farmhouse with great outdoor area. Felt very comfortable and homey.

We stayed for a month and a half and loved the place! The hosts were very attentive to our needs. The location is so awesome as it’s right across from the beach!
