Everything was good, service personnel were super nice, accommodating with any of our needs and professional, we enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.
My partner and I stayed here for 6 days for the entirety of Rockville with our 2 dogs and it has been a ride. BEWARE IF YOU BRING DOGS. Problems began even before our stay! First we were told we couldn't leave the dogs in the room unattended, but then was allowed to given we were going to Rockville. Then they have under their listing that dog fee is $45 per dog, but kept trying to charge me $67 per dog MULTIPLE TIMES, even though airbnb booked it with 2 dogs, it only charged one, so I paid the second but continued to be told I needed to pay additional dog fees even after I've sent multiple messages from support stating I did everything correct on my part. I've spoken to multiple people through this listing, but when you get there, only 1 person is there and only during certain times and not on weekends, which Joh Joh was great! Cleanliness was below par. Room had not been deep cleaned cleaned underneath bed and couch, dirty shower head, ripped sheets, and non existent toliet pressure.
