Bring you kayaks or boat! Launch your kayaks directly from the dock, or your boat from the private community boat launch which is just steps away. Feel free to keep your boat at the dock for the next day!
This home is about 1400 sq ft and has two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom with private bath has a king bed with a new comfy mattress. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and a connected full bath as well.
The home is adequately stocked and has all major appliances. Bring nothing but your clothes, groceries and something to cook out on the propane grill with.
The community is quiet and consists of mostly retired people year round and snowbirds in the winter. There are two community pools, a community boat launch, pickle ball and a large community pier.
Do to HOA restrictions, there is a 50 lbs dog size limit. We currently have a total adult guest total of two. Up to two children are also welcome, but keep in mind this property may not suitable for small children due to its proximity to the water. There are no gates that prevent toddlers from falling into the waterway.

We absolutely adored this home! We were able to bring our pup with us and she felt right at home. The mornings and afternoons were FILLED with dolphins swimming near the home where we could watch from the patio or the dock. We even saw a few manatee right by the dock! We would love to stay here again in the future if we come back to the area - it will be our first choice!
Second trip to the river house, lovely home, very comfortable. Our favorite part of the home is that it is built to be comfortable. Cozy living room, seating in the screened in porch, seating on the pack porch and two seating areas on the dock. They are also great hosts, very responsive, professional and courteous. Can't wait for our next trip!
