This home is about 1400 sq ft and has two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom with private bath has a king bed with a new comfy mattress. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and a connected full bath as well.
The home is adequately stocked and has all major appliances. Bring nothing but your clothes, groceries and something to cook out on the propane grill with.
The community is quiet and consists of mostly retired people year round and snowbirds in the winter. There are two community pools, a community boat launch, pickle ball and a large community pier.
Do to HOA restrictions, there is a 50 lbs dog size limit. We currently have a total adult guest total of two. Up to two children are also welcome, but keep in mind this property may not suitable for small children due to its proximity to the water. There are no gates that prevent toddlers from falling into the waterway.

Second trip to the river house, lovely home, very comfortable. Our favorite part of the home is that it is built to be comfortable. Cozy living room, seating in the screened in porch, seating on the pack porch and two seating areas on the dock. They are also great hosts, very responsive, professional and courteous. Can't wait for our next trip!

We had the best time staying for the 4th of July weekend. It was nice to have our dogs with us. The house has so much charm. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had more than enough. The dock was great. We had pizza and watched the dolphins and manatees on it. We will definitely be back. It was a great experience working with Rob. He was very responsive. Thank you again for sharing your mom’s fishing paradise.
