Private Beach Deck with Hot Tub!

This was the perfect place for the six of us. It was incredibly clean. The 2.5 baths were really convenient for the six of us. It’s right on the beach and it only took three minutes to walk to the Flagler strip. There was a 7-11 across the way which was very convenient for ice and other last minute necessities or a Slurpee to cool you off after a day on the beach. Our favorite part was watching the sunrise from the rooftop hot tub. It was so peaceful and beautiful, the perfect way to start each day. Marlo responded to our questions within minutes. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in New Smyrna Beach. The location was fantastic—just steps from the beach and within easy reach of local restaurants, shops, and attractions. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire process seamless from check-in to check-out. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere of the property. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy everything New Smyrna Beach has to offer. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable beach vacation.

The beach house was fantastic. First, we were visiting on a holiday weekend and it was no nice not to worry about parking. We could walk directly to the beach. The house is basically located at a public beach entrance and we were also one block away from the main restaurant area. Super easy to get around. Do not underestimate having dedicated parking right at the beach. It was a dream. The house itself was very comfortable and spotless! Clean rentals are always very much appreciated. The cleaning crew for this property is A++. It also had everything we needed during our stay. The added bonus of the grill and beach wagon was huge for our beach weekend. The house also has so many seating areas outside. We spent lots of time in the morning outside drinking coffee and in the evenings for dinner and sunsets.
