Pony Experience (Optional Add-On)
Families love our on-site Pony Experience! When booked, children up to 70 lbs can enjoy a gentle pony ride, walked and guided by our on-site groundskeeper—perfect for memorable photos. You’ll also find complimentary frozen pony treats in the freezer for an extra bit of fun.

As a non-profit charity event center, you may occasionally see staff performing routine maintenance, and there is a distant cabin on the far side of the property that is occupied—yet no events will take place during your stay, ensuring a private and peaceful escape.

Inside, unwind with the cozy ambiance and make use of the bar area. (Please note: the pool table is reserved for owners only.)

Relax to the soothing sound of our beautiful on-property waterfall. It’s a favorite spot for morning coffee, photos, and peaceful downtime during your stay.

The home is fully decorated for Christmas and the holidays, creating a warm, festive atmosphere perfect for hosting family gatherings and celebrations.

All of the house, pool area and yard is yours to use.

There is a ranch-hand on the other side, and out of site of this 10 acre property. She is super friendly and helpful if you would like for her to help kids feed the pony, etc.
