The living room and dining area are relatively small but very functional with a ceiling fan and another large flatscreen smart TV.

The bathroom is a full bath with a tub, and all hot water is powered by a tankless heater for long showers.

There is a detached mother-in-law unit/ADU behind the main house with a very quiet semi-retired chef as a long term renter. He is 67 years old and only drives a scooter (parking is all yours). He has had a full background check and there are no criminal records on him whatsoever.
